Went to see Dr. Kandra today for the 1st time and she is a very pleasant and knowledgeable eye doctor....was concerned as I have a serious problem with my left eye since I have loss 1/2 my vision in that eye so I was a little apprehensive but my worries were put to rest. I truly felt that I was in great hands with Dr. Kandra and she took the time as needed to talk and to work with me. Thank you Dr. Kandra!

Great sunglass selection! Went here on vacation. The office staff is very friendly. The Doctor was very personable and knowledgable. I love the Kate Spade sunglasses I picked out. I always get compliments on them.

Family Eye Care has been nothing but wonderful to me - especially considering I have had not-so-great experiences with other eye doctor practices in the past. I used to travel from Kennebunk just to go here and now I travel from the Portland area for their excellent service and great staff. I definitely would recommend this practice to anyone!

Every time I come to family eye care, I am always impressed with how kind the staff members are! After 10+ years of coming here, I am always remembered and asked how my life is going. They know who you are, are open and honest with you, and provide an environment where you feel comfortable. I love my glasses, and am thankful for the help and support of the staff when buying and picking out my frames and lenses.
